Project open to violin, viola, and cello players by permission of teacher. Resume due date: May 1, 2019.

Intended for accomplished string players who are interested in learning more about Baroque style and practices. Four class periods per day, with a performance Friday, July 26, with the Dafne Opera Project.

Limited scholarship funds are available, to apply, provide a cover letter that details your experience and goals in the field of early music. Email to: director@amherstearlymusic.org.  Early Music America also provides scholarships.  You may also consider contacting your local arts and cultural societies about possible funding.  We would be happy to help in providing documentation to assist you in obtaining a third-party scholarship.
Work-Study tuition assistance available in exchange for help with various tasks around the festival.
